Our Desktop
Publishing Department...

If you have ever sent French, Spanish, bilingual or trilingual documents out for desktop publishing, then you probably know the pitfalls: there are the accents, the different typesetting and word division rules, and the fact that the French text is almost always longer than the English... any last minute changes can be an exercise in anxiety and frustration, especially if you are not familiar with French.

To counter this problem, and to address our clients' needs for quality documents and efficient service, we established Creatext Limited, our in-house desktop publishing service. Creatext designs and formats French, English and Spanish documents at maximum speed and at minimum cost to you.

To our bilingual Desktop Operators, the French and Spanish page layout process is second nature. With one call from you, we can take care of all those inevitable last minute changes. Since it's all done in-house, there is less room for errors to occur. The need for repeated proofreadings, so time-consuming and costly, is minimized. Creatext Limited can even send directly to your printer, error-free and camera-to-print output.

If you already have an in-house service or you use the services of a graphic house, we would be more than happy to collaborate with your colleagues or service supplier to facilitate the process and save you incredible time and money. For example, many clients find the French business a little confusing. So they send us their English diskette which is already formatted. Creatext can then input Transletters' translations directly into the sample English format. If the French is too long, we will make the necessary editing decisions right away, and shorten the text so it will fit within the layout page. The diskette is then returned, ready for output.

We take great pride in delivering flawless and well-formatted communications at maximum speed and minimum cost to you, while doing our best to make your job easier!
