• 1. The injectors were removed, and their tips measured for depth of carbon deposit, photographed, and replaced.

• 2. A Dynamometer test was run using the arrangement shown in the photo above. Fuel was untreated BP diesel. Load was varied to hold rpm in 500 rpm stages from 1500 - 2500 at full throttle, and readings taken and recorded.

• 3. Oil was changed, with Oil Additive added. Engine was run through a cleaning phase - held at 1500 rpm over varying loads for 5 hours, using a double dose of fuel treatment.

• 4. Dynamometer test was repeated, but with 40mL/25L of diesel fuel additive - a double dose - and the results recorded once again.

5. Injectors were removed to re-measure combustion deposit depth. The tips were now completely clean - see photo 2.

Conclusions

• 1. Better Power - by an average 7%!

• 2. Lower Fuel Consumption

• 3. Improved oil pressure - meaning cooler running, oil or bearing improvement, or any combination of these.

• 4. Improved Compression
